The Women's Infrastructure Network (WIN) is an Association Partner of Proximo Congress 2026. Together, we're championing the women shaping the future of the global infrastructure industry.

Proximo and WIN share a commitment to bringing more women into the heart of the project, energy and infrastructure finance community. As an inclusive global network operating across the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, WIN provides a platform for women in the public and private infrastructure sectors to meet, exchange ideas and help shape the infrastructure agenda.

At Proximo Congress 2026, we're deepening our shared commitment to networking, professional development and outreach to the next generation of infrastructure professionals — connecting WIN's global community of public-sector leaders, developers, sponsors, investors, advisers and legal experts with the senior decision-makers shaping the deals that define the sector.

Dedicated Women's Breakfast Briefing

In partnership with WIN (Women's Infrastructure Network) and WEN NYC

Proximo is dedicated to engaging with and elevating women across our industry. At Proximo Congress 2026, we are hosting a dedicated Women's Breakfast Briefing in partnership with the Women's Infrastructure Network (WIN) and the Women's Energy Network NYC Chapter (WEN NYC) — a focused space for senior women in energy and infrastructure to connect, share insight and build the relationships that drive careers and deals forward.

If you are interested in speaking, or in increasing visibility for yourself or your organisation through this initiative, we'd love to discuss how we can work together.

The Proximo Rising Star Initiative

Recognising the next generation of infrastructure talent.

We know there's a wealth of talent at the junior and entry level across the institutions we work with — and we also know that securing the budget to attend a senior industry event isn't always straightforward.

That's why we created the Rising Star initiative: an opportunity for early-career professionals to join us in Nashville either at a specially reduced rate or, where eligible, on a complimentary basis.

Who should apply?

Rising Star candidates typically have:

  • Fewer than 10 years' experience in the industry
  • A junior or early-career role at their institution
  • A track record demonstrating exceptional promise or impact in their field

We recognise the spirit of the scheme matters more than rigid criteria — if you sit just outside these parameters but believe you're a strong fit, we'd still encourage you to apply.

How to Apply

Submit the Rising Star application form along with a short context for why you should be considered. Tell us about:

  • Your role and work experience
  • Deals or projects you've contributed to
  • Accomplishments, recognition or milestones that have shaped your career so far

The Proximo team will review every application individually and contact successful nominees directly to confirm their pass.
